Account deletion - Rezon

Users can request deletion of their account and associated data.

Users may also request deletion of specific data without deleting their account by contacting [email protected].

To delete your account

Option 1

Go to Settings > Delete account inside the app.

Option 2

Send a deletion request to [email protected].

Data deleted

  • Account information
  • Conversations
  • Voice recordings
  • Transcriptions
  • Partner connection data

Data retained

Billing records may be retained where required by law.

Deletion delay

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
