Terms of Service - Rezon

1. What Rezon is

Rezon (iOS app, rezonapp.com) helps couples communicate better using non-violent communication and AI-assisted reformulations. Rezon is not therapy, counseling, or an emergency service.

2. Eligibility (Adults Only)

You must be 18 years or older to use Rezon. The Service is not intended for minors.

3. Account & partner link

Sign-in: Sign in with Apple only.

Data from Apple: we receive your first name and email (real or Apple private relay).

Email changes: not supported for now.

Partner link: you may link your account to your partner's account to use conversation features.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) harass, threaten, or abuse others; (b) post illegal or infringing content; (c) scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service; (d) use automated tools without permission. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend/terminate accounts, immediately in severe cases.

5. AI-assisted features

AI outputs may be imperfect; you remain responsible for what you send. Do not rely on Rezon for clinical, legal, or emergency advice.

6. Content ownership & license

You own your content. You grant Interstellar a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

7. Third-party services

We use providers including Cloudflare (network/proxy), Convex (self-hosted) for database/realtime, DeepInfra for AI model routing, Expo Push for notifications, and Apple for sign-in. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.

8. Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. For material changes to these Terms, we provide in-app notice at least 14 days in advance.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Interstellar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability will not exceed EUR 100.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Interstellar from claims arising out of your content or breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate for violations or security risks. Sections that by nature should survive (IP, limits, governing law) survive termination.

13. Governing law & venue

French law governs. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of Paris, France. These Terms are provided in English and may be translated for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
